Regional Distributors

To maintain the volume of the production and to avoid closure of accounts, Angels’ Beauty Line strictly implements a Regional Distributorship Patterns are as follows.

  1.  Regional Distributors are permitted to procure downlines from Provinces and Cities Distributors, and may also acquire retailers or re-sellers under his/her area of scope. 
  2. Regional Distributors are only provided with the product directly from his/her depot-franchisee. Other transactions not permitted and acknowledged by the depot are bound to termination of accounts.
  3. Angels’ Beauty line products must only be sold at its Suggested Retail Price (SRP). 
  4. New entries under the Regional Distributors must be forwarded to his/her downlines Provincial and City Distributors.
  5. Regional Distributors are required to retain their purchases with a minimum of P250,000.00 pesos, monthly.

Failure to maintain the monthly purchase-value for 3 consecutive months, distributorship will surface the following:

  1. Reprimand Letter will be given during the first month.
  2. Adding of new entry for Regional on its area will be reopened.
  3. c. Closure of accounts will be executed in the third month.

Provincial Distributors

1. Angels’ Beauty Line products must solely be purchased from City Distributors.
2. Provincial Distributor may also acquire retailer or reseller downlines.
3. Angels’ Beauty line products must only be sold at its Suggested Retail Price (SRP).
4. Active and constant social media posting are evaluated and monitored by the Marketing Team – Marketing material will be posted on our official website (TBA) 5. Regional Distributors are given all the right to terminate its downlines if the provincial distributors are not acquiring purchases with a minimum of P125,000.00 and active posting on social media.

Failure to maintain the monthly purchase-value for 3 consecutive months will be reprimanded accordingly.
